A collision is stressful enough without waiting for a national call centre to pass your job on. Our accident recovery team arrives with winches, skates and debris kit, photographs the vehicle before it is moved, and writes a recovery note your insurer can use.
What we handle at the scene
Cars that will not roll, vehicles on their side after a kerb strike, leaking fluids and glass on a live lane. We make the scene safe first, then recover. Police and Highways requests are treated as priority work.
Insurer-ready paperwork
Every accident recovery includes time-stamped photos, a written description of the damage we can see, and the destination we delivered to. That file is emailed to you the same day so you can forward it to your insurer without chasing us.
Storage if you need it
If the insurer has not yet nominated a garage, we can hold the vehicle securely at our Reading yard. Storage is quoted separately and in writing so the cost never appears as a surprise later.
