Tow Recovery (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through towrecovery.co.uk, by phone on 7868291346, by email at info@towrecovery.co.uk and by WhatsApp. Our yard is at 17 Shirley Avenue, Reading RG2 8TE.

What we collect

When you request a quote or a recovery we collect your name, phone number, optional email, location or postcode, vehicle details and a short description of the job. Calls may be noted so the driver has the same facts you gave the yard. Website forms also record a timestamp and a basic technical log used only to stop spam.

Why we use it

We use that information to quote the job, send a truck, contact you about the recovery, and keep a record of the work for insurance and accounts. The legal bases are the contract you ask us to perform and our legitimate interest in running a safe recovery service. We do not sell your details to aggregators or marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for six years so we can meet tax and insurance duties. Quote requests that do not become a job are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to erase anything we no longer need by emailing info@towrecovery.co.uk.

Who we share it with

Drivers on the job see the details they need to find you. Insurers, garages and police see what you have asked us to pass on. Hosting, email and payment tools process data only to deliver those services. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.

Your rights
